To depth and to line, both matter

A trench that wanders costs the plumber or the electrician time and can cost you a re dig. We set out and cut to the line and the depth the job specifies, with the spoil placed where it can be backfilled from rather than where it happens to land.

Drainage preparation the drainer can work in

Falls, pits and trenching set out and excavated ready for the drainer, so they arrive to a prepared run rather than a rough dig they have to correct. Getting falls right at excavation stage is far cheaper than fixing them after the pipe is in.

Existing services are the real risk

Most of the damage on a trenching job happens to something that was already in the ground. Existing services get identified before the machine starts, and we work carefully around anything live. This is one of the reasons we book jobs in properly rather than running same day work.
